We are manufacturing various shapes of Forgings on our Hammers upto 600 kg single piece.
Our Pre-Heating Furnaces are calibrated as per AMS standards, as per requirements of customers.
Being an ISO Certified Company from TUV Nord, we have our QMS in place and with an integral ERP at our works, we are maintaining the complete traceability for every purchase order .
With a state of the art heat treatment setup qualified as per AMS 2750E, we at KLM Forge are undertaking a variety of heat treatment process like Normalising, Annealing, Iso-Thermal Annealing, Stress Relieving to meet customer requirements.
Equipped with Lathe Machines, CNC and VMCs, we are undertaking various jobs for Rough Machining and also Finish Machining to provide complete service to our customers and become a one-stop-shop for all their forging needs.
KLM Forge has an ERP system in place which ensure complete traceability and a well documented QMS System.
With a young team of qualified engineers, we are undertaking Surface Hardness, Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing to meet all the NDE requirements of our customers.
Every forging dispatched from our works is sent with complete set of documents of testings and other required information. The forgings is etched with various information like Vendor Code, PO No, Work Order No. Grades and sizes to maintain traceability.
